Auction Terms & Conditions

Buyer's Premium

A 13% buyer's premium will be added to all winning bids. This amount is included in the final invoice total.

Payment

Full payment is due within 48 hours of auction close. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Credit card
• Zelle
• PayPal
• Cashier's check

Winning bidders who have not paid their invoice within 48 hours will have their card on file automatically charged for the full amount due.

Item Pickup

Items designated for shipping are excluded from these pickup requirements and are governed by the Shipping Information section.

All other items must be picked up during the pickup window specified in the auction description. If no pickup window is specified, pickup must be completed or arrangements made by phone or email within 48 hours of auction close.

Items that have been paid for but not removed or arranged for pickup within 7 days of auction close will be considered abandoned. Title to abandoned items will revert to Bidz Auction House LLC, and no refund will be issued.

Pick up in Franktown, corner of 83 & 86.

Most items are big and heavy. We will have a forklift on site.

Bidz Auction House does not provide in-house shipping or delivery for items in this auction.

3rd party pick-up is ok (shipping services, friends, etc...), but please pre-pay online.
