Bidz Auction House - Site Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the bidding platform operated by Bidz Auction House LLC ("Bidz"). By creating an account, registering for an auction, or placing a bid, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Bidz reserves the right to refuse or revoke account access at its discretion.

2. Account Responsibility

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and for all activity conducted through it. Any bids placed using an account are considered authorized by the account holder.

3. Binding Bids

All bids placed through the Bidz platform are binding. If you are the winning bidder, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.

4. Payment Authorization

By placing a bid, you authorize Bidz to charge the payment method on file for purchases, buyer's premiums, applicable taxes, and fees if payment is not otherwise completed within the required timeframe.

5. Item Condition

Items are sold as-is and where-is unless otherwise stated. Descriptions and photographs are provided as a convenience and may not fully represent the condition of the item.

6. Pickup Responsibility

Winning bidders are responsible for removing their purchases during the pickup period stated for each auction and for bringing appropriate help, tools, and vehicles for removal.

7. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and collection action for the full amount owed.

8. Technology Limitations

Bidz is not responsible for missed bids, delays, or failures caused by internet connections, device issues, or software errors.

9. Auctioneer Discretion

Bidz reserves the right to reject bids, resolve bidding disputes, reopen bidding, cancel the sale of any item, or suspend bidding activity when necessary to maintain a fair auction process.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Bidz reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any bidder or account from the platform at its sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bidz Auction House LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the auction platform or participation in any auction.

12. Auction-Specific Terms

Additional terms specific to individual auctions, including payment deadlines, pickup times, buyer's premiums, taxes, and other conditions, will be provided with each auction listing and must be accepted when registering for that auction.
